" Greetings in advance for the World Environment Day to all my Schoolmates and Teachers, for taking up this important and unique project of Greening our School.
This will help imbibe the environmental values in the cadets, right from their early years. As future leaders, they are going to be the best custodians of the natural resources. An environment friendly attitude right from their childhood will make them better planners of development.
Congratulations ! to all of you for making our Alma mater stand out."

Greening the alma mater has been a dream of mine for a long long time, the 1970 pass-out batch started with plantations in a small plot near the equine stables, later, a much larger plot behind the pond next to the shooting range was taken up by the Esspean alumni. The growth has been good however watering such arid land needs more sustained effort.
Now with the 'Go Green' project, a more meaningful recycling of waste water to help further propagation of greenery is inevitable.
